Key responsibilities:
• Active participation in weekly/monthly Sales FCST reviews
• Monthly Sales and P&L check during closing. Partner with local sales team to provide analytics to ensure all sales activities are timely recorded
• Monthly reviews with Financial Controllers before period closure. Clear understanding on big deviations
• GP Bridge & OI Bridge – MTD, YTD, QTD actual vs plan analysis and YoY comparison (factor analysis: sales volume, fx, price & mix, COGS volume, fx, price & mix factors (waterfalls))
• GP Analysis by product/Customer with action plan for low margin products/Customers
• Full PL analysis down to OI by LEs & Divisions/Districts with comparison & comments for MTD, YTD, QTD & FY vs Plan, Prior Year, Prior FCST
• PL for Top-Clients down to GP
• Monthly forecast update & upload into EPM (Sales, Gross profit, OI) — Full ownership of FCST process
• Monthly pricing update — actuals/carry-over/forecast (vs Target, LY)
• Monthly forecast/actuals review with District managers / Sales Managers
• Price list validation & timely update
• COGS calculation for new products
• COGS variances check with SC finance. PPV FCST estimation & analysis of actuals
• Support the budgeting process (data collection from budget owners, consolidation & review with Business & FP&A)
• Contracts & Addendums review in terms of prices, GM, payment terms & other monetary (financial) articles
• KPI development, implementation & control of effectiveness
• Support Division in any reviews, management presentations and provide ad-hoc analysis when needed
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years of professional finance experience
• Analytical Skills, high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communicator and a team-player
• Knowledge of 1C ERP/SAP/HFM systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn new software systems and tools
• Fluent English
• Good communicator with strong presentational skills
