The role: Senior VP – Real Estate M&A  

Location: Dubai, UAE

This role is for Russian/English bilingual professionals!

Our client is a leading real estate company in the Middle East with HQ in Dubai, UAE. The company specializes in developing residential and commercial properties across the world.

On behalf of our client we are searching for senior Russian speaking M&A professionals with fluent Russian & English who will focus on origination & execution of property deals (distressed assets) in Europe, North America and the Middle East. 

Senior VP – Real Estate M&A reports to the Company’s Chairman/Owner.

The successful candidate should have:

• 10+ years of Real Estate M&A experience in Russia at Private Equity Funds, Family Offices with international exposure
• Successful experience of managing a full cycle of multi-million USD cross-border transactions (buy side), experience with distressed assets would be a plus
• Profound knowledge of all stages of complex acquisition transactions and real estate development projects in the international market
• Experience of close cooperation with business owners and UHNWI
• Wide international network and professional contacts
• Experience of working on the Russian market — mandatory
• Fluent Russian and English speaker — mandatory
