Work Flexibility Definitions:

• Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location
• Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based
• Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category
• Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be on site would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor

The Associate Technical Service Specialist is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in Technical Service Center. To help Mako/Airo Engineers for installation/de-installation and transportation. Collection of defective and delivery of repaired equipment & accessories to customer. Loaner inventory control. General repair activities in repair center same as other TS team members.

What you will do:

• Manages loaner inventory and tracks the device locations and conditions

• Perform quality tests for incoming loaners from customer side and fill related forms

• Troubleshooting for incoming products and repair the systems within warranty or approved by customer when he/she is in the office

• Follows calibration dates of equipment’s/fixtures that in use for repairs

• Performs spare parts stock counting in required frequencies

• Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a Service Center

• Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting

• Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements

• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment

• (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc

Who you are :

• Associate Degree from a Technical University (Graduate of Biomedical Device Technologies of Universities preferred.)

• Technical aptitude to be trained

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Good computer skills

• English — Upper-Intermediate, Advanced, Fluent
