Требования

  • Higher University Degree;
  • 5 + years HR management experience with an international company, previous HRM experience with a manufacturing company will be a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian Labor code and HR administration procedures; Familiar with modern HR practices and understanding how to implement them according to the business needs;
  • Experienced with HRIS, experience with SAP is highly desirable;
  • Service-minded personality with good interpersonal skills and hands-on attitude to work;
  • Fluent English.

Education: Education & training required
  • Qualified Engineer with Diploma, Degree, MBA or higher.

Working Experience: 
  • An Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or concrete technology within Construction materials Industry [civil engineering]
  • Technical experience in Admixture Technology or Concrete production technology
  • Disciplinary managerial experience (face-to-face direct communication skills; lead and drive the team) required/distribution
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge:  
  • +5 yrs of work experience in Sales Management
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge across all Segments under EBA
  • Understanding Admixture Technology-Should be able to conduct trials & understand concrete design mix.
  • Strong organizational skills. Able to plan own time, develop and maintain systems, work on the basis of clear priorities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.   Must be able to clearly identify the key factors in any given problem situation and develop rapid and innovative solutions.
  • Good inter-personal skills.  Capable of relating to many different personality types and nationalities, and build relationships.
  • Needs to have strong persuasion and selling skills and solid technical expertise to support these skills.
  • Must be capable of digesting large amounts of written information quickly and accurately. Must have a positive and solutions focused attitude.
  • Will also need high levels of energy and personal motivation.

IT skills:
  • Good technology skills - capable of using word-processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and presentation system programs.
