2. Executes plan and sales strategy around Povolzhskiy Region. Individual Sales and sales through distributors.
3. Trains and coordinates his small area team

5. Executes annual, quarterly and monthly budgets .
6. Plans visits, trips, communications with customers, 4 days from 5 is on the road.
7. Studies customer demands, products market, supports customers with all the necessary information
8. Motivates clients to work with Company.
9. Develops Company's image and standards in market environment
10. Develops effective distributors sales in the region
11. Takes an active part in trainings organized by Company for its customers, sales people and distributors, takes a leading role in involvement .
12. Organizes preparation and concluding contracts with new clients, update contracts with old customers if necessary. Managers business relations with customers in all the aspects
13. Solves issues concerning sales, manufacturing and delivering ready goods for customers within his area.
14. Files the sales history on every customer within his region, find and collect information about new potential customers in the region, find ways to build strong relations with them.
15. All reports are on time
16. Is able to demonstrate welding equipment to his customers.
- is from welding or metal processing business
- higher education (in welding is a plus);
- good PC user
- English is a plus
- has skills to sell technically complicated product, organize sales in a complicated standard environment
- skills in selling welding equipment or consumables is a big advantage
- business trips around the region (constant basis ) with interim trips to office located in Mtsensk
- driving license “B”
- accommodated in Povolzhskiy Region (Nizhniy Novgorod, Kazan)
