An international company (building materials, equipment and accessories) is looking for a Head of sales Russia & CIS.

Обязанности

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Требования

  • University Degree (preferable in economics or marketing) or above
  • Not less than 5 years of experience in sales management in relevant industries 
  • Capacity of building and maintaining good relationship with existing clients and developing new clients
  • Demonstrated ability of communication and presentation
  • Strategy management and leadership skills
  • Target and sales-oriented; 
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Highly initiative, active and flexible
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • English language skills - upper-intermediate (speaking, reading)
