Our client - innovative international company manufacturer, as well as a service provider in pharmaceutical business, in search of General Manager, who will be responsible for Russian and CIS markets.


  • Assess individual markets and develop together with the BD, Marketing and Supply Chain global teams and CBO, sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve business goals;
  • Develop relationships and build company advocacy within the respective territory;
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options and resolving internal priorities:
  • Assist the sales channels in the preparation of high level proposals and product/clinical features, advantages and benefits to healthcare practitioners and key administrators;
  • Participate in customer training programs, industry symposia and trade shows.


  • Familiarity and experience with pharmaceuticals, therapeutic areas;
  • Able to translate global strategies into actionable and realistic account-level engagement plans;
  • Ability to creating/deliver proposals and closing sales opportunities under short timelines;
  • Able to communicate the total company value proposition to a broad range of senior client stakeholders;
  • Excellent customer relationship skills;
  • Amazing communication skills, especially as it relates to transparency, collaboration and ability to work across communication channel;
  • Flexible, determined, eager to experiment and has an open mind;
  • Reads, writes and speaks fluent English and Russian;
  • Knowledge of standard office software programs including spreadsheet, word-processing, email applications and Power Point.
