Our Client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer in Almaty


  • Business development
  • Ensure growth to target levels  including user acquisition, increase of fleet utilization, geographic expansion in other regions of  Kazakhstan
  • Development of strategy  for growth in the local market and its execution
  • Team Management
  • Build a team with a strong internal culture, where people are motivated, learn, feel valued and add value; this includes:
  1. Screening and interviewing,
  2. Hiring,
  3. Induction, setting up goals, setting up goals and bringing team together;

  • Lead and support the team’s execution towards the defined KPIs;
  • Set up monthly and weekly operational tasks for the team following the company’s strategic goals;
  • Internet Marketing/ E-com and Digital Product Management;
  • Enhance sales funnel and improve conversion into leads and sales;
  • Improve communication of the value proposition through all sales channels to grow conversion and revenue;
  • Operations Management;
  • Build and analyse internal and external company’s operations;
  • Identify areas of process improvement of internal and external company’s operations  and devise operational changes to advance quality of services and minimize time spent and a number of mistakes made;
  • Look after the company’s compliance with the legal requirements in Kazakhstan, including agreements with B2C clients, website’s users, agreements with suppliers etc.
  • Finance and Reporting
  • Revenue, Cash and Balance Sheet planning and reporting.

  • Development of relations with local authorities


  • 5 or more years of E-com Management experience or Telecom Management experience;
  • Experience in running a growing business in Kazakhstan in B2C;
  • With strong analytical and numerical skill;  
  • Advanced user of Google Analytics/Webmaster/ Metrika/ RoiStat/Yagla;
  • With knowledge of how to run big marketing campaigns;
  • With a commercial mindset and a good understanding of main rules of sales and business development process;
  • With knowledge of English at the advanced level;
  • Achiever, which has to be confirmed by the records of education and professional growth;
  • A leader with a strong commitment to excel in the pursuit of the goals for common good.
