  • Manage recruitment process for office and senior and middle positions in retail;
  • Keep in close contact with line management, building long lasting relationships with internal clients;
  • Interview and evaluate candidates;
  • Provide feedback to candidates;
  • Accurately maintain database;
  • Activate HiPo passive candidates through referrals, networking, social media for creating talent pool for key positions;
  • Manage and improve adaptation process;
  • Develop Employer Brand;
  • Participation in other HR projects.


  • Higher education;
  • Good English (oral and written) is a must;
  • 5+ years of successful experience in recruitment agency and/or in-house;
  • Computer literacy Word, Exсel, Outlook;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Positive-thinking attitude;
  • Stress resistance and flexibility in changing environment.
