  • Guarantee monthly / yearly sales targets achievement by Direct Department in both volume (customers number) and value (BV) by business needs anticipation, commercial plan creation and constant follow up & business animation
  • Direct Department reorganization to gain in speed and quality by accurate tasks split between in-house and outsource staff
  • sales & customer care
  • in all touch points & at all customer path stages
  • Guarantee best in class service level in all touch points (calls, e-mails, FtF, chat) & ensure customer’s satisfaction. Provide constant trainings to the team to grow expertize and soft skills development.
  • Conduct constant trainings to enhance team’s sales skills
  • sales technics, product knowledge, sales diversification, upsell, Exclusive collection etc.
  • Develop partnerships with companies organizing thematic tours (fitness, tennis, schools, social communities, etc.) to boost Direct sales in Moscow. Increase partner’s number, destination’s diversification to meet sales targets and strategic needs for diversification and filling shoulder seasons.
  • Enrich customer experience and consideration (gifts, events for loyal customers, premises decoration, marketing questionnaires etc.) for customer’s satisfaction and loyalty as well as for the --
  • Direct business strengthening in Moscow
  • Deal with conflict / crisis situation to guarantee customer’s satisfaction & safety, use constructive feedback for further improvements and team’s coaching
  • Develop a high performing commercial team with a strong care and ‘YES’ attitude mindset and drive; Lead by example and encourage Excellence, Initiative, Collaboration and Empowerment;


  • Sound experience in hospitality, concierge industry;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • High communication level with all audience types
  • external / internal customers and partners;
  • B2C sales organization experience in premium segment;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Team’s management (coaching & training, development & engagement);
  • Ability to unleash direct reports potential
  • sales and soft skills, decisions making, developing leadership qualities;
  • Business processes description, implementation & optimization;
  • Russian Native language
  • English (Fluent)
  • French (as an advantage)
