A fast growing international company in the field of retail is looking for
an experienced Recruitment Manager Russia &Kazakhstan.
You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment supporting the expanding business agenda
of the company by driving recruitment and employer branding strategy in Russia.
- Ensure an optimal recruitment process and efficient assessment methods. Interview, assess and test candidates.
- Ensure an efficient structure of Recruitment Department to meet expansion needs;
- Support the development of recruitment competence in the organization by training and coaching those involved in the recruitment process;
- Managing a team of recruiters; collaborating with all business units in Russia;
- Build efficient employer branding campaigns in accordance with global guidelines and local needs; increase the visibility of employer on the Russian market;
- Enable clear internal recruitment and employer branding channels to support succession planning;
- Interact with recruitment agencies;
- Lead and collaborate with Universities in terms of internships
- Ensure a market median compensation package by thorough benchmarking and constantly being on top of current trends;
- University degree;
- At least 5 years’ experience of strategic recruitment management; retail experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing and interview/selection techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, result oriented, initiative, accuracy to details;
- Goal-oriented and thinking outside the box
- Fluent English
