  • Monitoring relevant market in Area of responsibility - countries: Russia and Belarus. 
  • Identification of market potential for all three distribution models: component business; serial system business; project system business.
  • Scouting all markets for opportunities for factory direct business and support projects until hand-over to responsible department
  • Establish and develop contacts with decision makers within customer base and associations and closely coordinate all activities with direct sales units in HQ.
  • Plan network sales turnover and incoming orders in Company. 
  • Submit technical and commercial offers for components and serial systems for products of both BU’s by using the tools provided by HQ.
  • Negotiate and sign individual supply contracts and frame contracts with OEM’s and end-users with the definition of distribution business
  • Coordinate customer demands with multi-national affect with the regional organization.
  • Involvement in the development of application and region specific Sales Strategy and involvement in the Marketing Concept.
  • Support sales on the definition of technical application strategies.
  • Monitoring of the sales team operating costs, ensuring that adequate controls are implemented and maintained.
  • Implement Distribution/Service Partner Sales strategy in Middle East market area in coordination with sales units (CFBUs/applications) in the HQ.
  • Determination of measures necessary to meet the targets for revenue, incoming orders and budget within the boundaries given by the relevant processes and regulations from the headquarter.
  • Access to all information and data from the direct sales departments in the headquarter related to the Project System Business and Key Account business expedited within the CIS countries market
  • Setting and implementation of Marketing and Sales Promotion measures within the distribution sales responsibility in ME 
  • Acquisition of customers.
  • Setting and implementing local policies and regulations to ensure compliance with local law.
  • Sales staff recruitment and internal career progression within the agreed head count and staff planning.
  • Submit proposal for local goodwill resolutions for product issues outside strict warranty terms to Management of regional product support in Headquarter


  • Monitoring of operative and strategic planning in consultation with regional organization and sales departments in the HQ.
  • Regular reporting of all sales activities, planning, results and market developments to the head of the regional organization.
  • Definition and reporting of product requirements driven by the Middle East market.
  • Introducing new distribution sales products to the market and implementing extended sales responsibilities in the organization.
  • Continuous improvement of efficiency of sales processes and organization within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve formal customer complaints.
  • Manage staff to improve compliance culture and to motivate staff to act in accordance with compliance rules


  • Proven leadership skills.
  • High level of multi-cultural experience and interaction.
  • 15 people of subordinates.
  • MS, SAP - High level user. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • To be located in Moscow. 
  • Russian and English is a must.
