We are looking for B2B Sales Manager, based in Astana. B2B Sales Manager is a business development sales person focused on selling products to B2B customers across a multitude of industries and segments, including Public sector, Healthcare, Education, Finance & Banking, Hospitality, Oil&Gas industry, etc. The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and leveraging high-level relationships with key decision makers to drive incremental business for the Company B2B Sales. The B2B Sales Manager works closely with customers to transition customers once a formal relationship has been established to enable future growth. B2B Products include Information Displays, Commercial & Hotel TVs, IT Monitors (B2B, Cloud, Medical), and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).


  • Plan, organize, and present customer solutions to meet customer's needs
  • Manage complex sales opportunities with customers
  • Interact and build relationships with regional customers
  • Handle any and all escalated customer requests, questions, or concerns
  • Navigate and interact with senior-level executives of organizations of all sizes
  • Develop loyal customers and maintains high-level relationships
  • Execute sales strategies to gain maximum results from customer relationships
  • Look for new opportunities through sales channels and market trends
  • Lead business development activities in alignment with business objectives
  • Implement Company’s strategic and annual Sales plans
  • Build relationships and develops loyal partners


  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's Level Degree
  • Years of Related Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Driver's License Required: Yes
  • English language: Intermediate
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently to drive results
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
