In leading international company. Reporting to expat GM you will be responsible for managing HR and Administration functions

Обязанности

Managing overall HR agenda in the company including:
  • Managing and personally executing recruitment and on-boarding process;
  • Monthly managing Payroll processing and payroll reconciliation process;
  • Labor relations;
  • Managing training;
  • C&B: evaluation, bench marking and salary review process;
  • Ensuring Compliance in the company. Administration:
  • Managing visas preparation, guests accommodation and office supply in the company with costs saving focus;
  • Managing cleaning process. Approval of monthly expenses for food and canteen equipment maintenance.

Требования

  • Master’s degree in Labor law, Degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • 5 years’ experience as an HR Director/ Manager/Business partner /Generalist in foreign companies;
  • Experience in headcount optimization and costs saving initiatives;
  • Knowledge of Lean;
  • Experience in people management and strong leadership skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Readiness to relocate.
