- Company: Leading international producer of crop protection - Role: Head of Marketing Russia&CIS

Обязанности

  • Develop and enlarge products portfolio of pesticides and control each product life-cycle to meet customers’ and management expectation;
  • Make analysis of market potential for each potential pesticide based on market characteristics and make business proposals of development and marketing plan to the company management;
  • Initiate to establish and organize demonstration trials, summarize the results in association with commercial staff, and make technical-oriented presentation of pesticides for promotion, initiate the seminar to focus on benefits and advantages of the products to Customers (distributors and farmers);
  • Establish and implement marketing strategies and plans of new and existing products including demo trials, exhibition, seminar etc for expansion of the business;
  • Provide technical supports of products to sales staff and customers (distributors and farmers);
  • Make analysis of market potential for pesticides, feasibility study, business plan and proposals for the new supplies;
  • Communication with the head office on marketing and technical matters for development of pesticides;
  • Monitoring&analyse: micro-economy trends, crop trends, market values (volumes&prices), competitors’ activities in Russia&CIS;
  • Manage product pricing;
  • Manage the marketing team Russia&CIS (6 subordinates);
  • Report to the Regional Director CIS.

Требования

  • University degree in Agronomy/ Crop Protection or related
  • 5 + years of relevant marketing experience in crop protection with multinational/international company or a large-scale distributor
  • Good command of English
  • Proactive approach, to be able to see new opportunities
  • not restrictions, drive for a challenge;
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams both externally and internally
  • High potential to develop within the current role
  • Mobility is a part of the job requirement
