Our Client is looking for a Service Manager Kazakhstan.

Обязанности

 Recruit, retain and develop service teams for Kazakhstan territory · Ensure application of Company EHS policy · Provide input/support to the Parts Manager Kazakhstan in services offering opportunities and arrange for technical support capabilities in client meetings. · Continuous improvement/Lean and standards implementation · Service contract management: Execute service contract per One Company policy · Ensure equipment performance meet or exceed contractual obligations · Set up and manage service contract operations to meet the contract target cost · Service workshop management: · Execute service workshop activity to cost, utilization, quality and cycle time targets · Set up and manage service workshop operations including required procurement · Field service management: execute field service activities

Требования

· Bachelor or Master degree in engineering · At least 3-5 years in a Management/Leadership role with Service organisation · 2-3 years’ experience in customer relationship management and/or sales/account management · Exposure to mobile mining equipment or similar
  • workshop / field service · Experience in managing heavy engineering workshop facilities · Mining / Construction Industry knowledge · Experience in Engineering/Business Administration would be a distinct advantage · Fluent Russian and working knowledge of English is a strong plus
