Крупная retail-компания ищет к себе в штат Директора по работе с клиентами

Обязанности

  • Manage and lead client relationships to achieve and maintain top level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for Client P&L, define Client goals to achieve the plan, responsible for account/business plan
  • Work with clients to surface upside potential based on data and turn numbers into actionable insights to create meaningful business value
  • Help clients to materialize business value by advise and coaching
  • Deliver retail consulting-based projects on time and budget with excellent levels of customer satisfaction
  • Establish emnos tool suite as an industry leading source of insight data
  • Work with analytical and product teams to ensure excellent team results
  • Responsible for materializing upselling opportunities resp. leading the business development efforts to grow the client on a strategic level
  • Lead set-up and establish emnos presence in Russia (St. Petersburg)
  • Ensure smooth and efficient communication with Munich headquarter.

Требования

  • Strong interest in innovation driven by online or other technologies
  • Native Russian speaker, fluent English a must
  • Opened minded strategic thinker with "Can-do" attitude
  • Capability to lead and develop high performing client teams (5+ people)
  • Educated to degree level
  • Expert in strategic and operational solution details in retail or FMCG
