Manage and lead client relationships to achieve and maintain top level of customer satisfaction Responsible for Client P&L, define Client goals to achieve the plan, responsible for account/business plan Work with clients to surface upside potential based on data and turn numbers into actionable insights to create meaningful business value Help clients to materialize business value by advise and coaching Deliver retail consulting-based projects on time and budget with excellent levels of customer satisfaction Establish emnos tool suite as an industry leading source of insight data Work with analytical and product teams to ensure excellent team results Responsible for materializing upselling opportunities resp. leading the business development efforts to grow the client on a strategic level Lead set-up and establish emnos presence in Russia (St. Petersburg) Ensure smooth and efficient communication with Munich headquarter.

Требования

Strong interest in innovation driven by online or other technologies Native Russian speaker, fluent English a must Opened minded strategic thinker with "Can-do" attitude Capability to lead and develop high performing client teams (5+ people) Educated to degree level Expert in strategic and operational solution details in retail or FMCG
