Our client is a high-tech and global engineering Group. Specializing in technical solutions and service for the mining and construction industries.

Обязанности

  • Working as part of account management team to identify customer sales opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to sell products total offerings
  • Lead Sales management (sales funnel management, sales activities planning and follow up)
  • Work closely with spare parts sales organization to create sales opportunities
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify needed actions
  • Manage tender to contract signature in conjunction with account management
  • Create customer value propositions (that include TCO, EHS, application and technical knowledge) to proactively create opportunities for Sandvik
  • Ensure the service solution both matches customer needs and works technically
  • Recruit, retain and develop sales and service teams including succession planning
  • Ensure application of EHS policy
  • Service contract, workshop and field service management

Требования

  • The role will require you to have extended experience in building or managing at least 3 level service structure, ability to effectively communicate on all levels including clients, staff and global management teams
  • Strong management skills and experience of heading geographically spread organization are a must. Fluent English and Russian are prerequisites to be successful in the position
  • Readiness for frequent travelling is an advantage
