Our client - an international world leading chemicals production company.


  • Play a leading role in the planning, preparation, execution and review of all exhibitions;
  • Take ownership of bespoke marketing initiatives from research stage through to execution (this includes activities such as product sample kits (including custom clearance samples) & mailings);
  • Coordinate conferences, training events and seminars (managing delegate requirements, liaising with speakers to help manage the agenda and obtain presentations, compiling training packs for delegates and circulating training materials globally);
  • Assist in the generation of marketing collateral and maintain the supply of such to the sale & marketing team and customers, support the upkeep of product and market content on the web.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of advertising campaigns by working with Marketing Comms, the design team and liaising with the media to meet advertising deadlines in line with the advertising strategy;
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of performance monitoring systems to ensure marketing can measure the success of individual activities;
  • Administer the allocation of costs by ensuring that invoices are sent to the correct marketing manager and costs are logged on relevant expenditure spreadsheets where appropriate;
  • Provide support to the marketing teams in areas such as scanning and converting the format of files, arranging deliveries/collections, updating sales/agency contact details, editing presentations and proof reading literature;
  • Provide administrative cover as required during the absence of administrator (including arranging travel and hotel requirements);
  • Coordinate customs issues for samples purposes.


  • High Education;
  • Organised and pro-active approach to managing workload;
  • Self motivated and the ability to work as a team player;
  • Competent PC skills including the ability to use to work with Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Acrobat DC Nitro, Excel, PhotoShop and other Microsoft Office packages, email and other online tools but with ability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Good negotiations skills;
  • To demonstrate experience of managing multiple tasks.
