International producer of equipment and solutions for power generation, transport, Energy, marine, oil&gas industry is looking for Managing Director


- Responsible for the financial performance (P&L) of the organization. - Develop the company’s vision, mission and goals in line with shareholder/board objectives. Develop and implement the strategies to support and achieve the vision, mission and goals. - Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and sites as well as with the global headquarters. - Lead the planning and forecasting of orders, sales, costs and other KPI within the framework of the corporate strategic and operative planning as well as expected actuals. - Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities of the organization to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity. - Negotiate or approve contracts or agreements with customers, suppliers, distributors, government agencies, or any other organizational entities. - Select and appoint department heads or managers and assign or delegate responsibilities to them. - Coordinate the development or implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, or other administrative control processes. - Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource policies, plans or activities.


- Bachelors degree and minimum five or more years of experience at an executive level within a multinational company. - Experienced in a front-of-house role with minimum 10 years’ experience in one or more of the following sectors
  • Oil and Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Marine. - Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills. - Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards. - Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, excellent judgment and strong operational focus. - An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. - Excellent negotiator who is experienced in identifying and closing sales opportunities. - Willingness to travel extensively both domestic and international between 50-80%. - Fluent written and spoken English.
