International financial organization is looking for "Business Development Manager", Almaty.

Обязанности

-Development, implementation and continuous upgrade of partners’ network on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. -Preparation of technical tasks and control of their implementation. -Program presentation, terms negotiation and acquisition of online and offline partners: e-shops, retail networks, brokerage offices. -Control and full management of partners’ work. -Continuous monitoring of performance of each partner. -Goal setting towards each partner. -Partners rewards calculation. -Full time reporting to the CM and the marketing manager on programs efficiency. -Work closely with other departments in developing programs, planning efficient communication. -Competition tracking, monitoring and delivering competition report. -Developing other motivational schemes to increase the sales among partners network.

Требования

-High education. -Professional experience in direct selling/retail business development/key accounts management. -Experience in FMCG/Banking/Telco/Insurance companies is preferable. -Negotiation and communication skills, ability to sell, organizational skill. -Knowledge of written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level. -Experienced Microsoft Office user: Word, Excel, Power Point.
