Our client, who provides innovative business offering supply chain solutions and working for the best FMCG and retail brands is looking for a Sales Director Russia. Position purpose: Develop and Execute Sales strategy for Russia in line with the market entry strategy, building strategic relationships with key manufacturers and retailers and ensure a high customer service in conjunction with local and international teams Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver a long term commercial strategy for manufacturers and key retailers as part of the market entry strategy. • Research development opportunities: undertake analysis to identify trends in customer activity, and identify opportunities for introducing companies’ services. • Develop a high performing and engaged team to deliver the commercial strategy. • Build strong relationship with Key Manufacturers and retailers, identify their needs and develop a service solution according to companies’ strategy. Experience: • Business experience: 5 years in fast paced environment with commercial experience, financial measures and KPIs, strong experience in Supply Chain / FMCG / Retail international organization is a must • Experience in people management • English - good professional spoken level Please note: As we receive a high volume of applications every day regretfully we are only able to respond to appropriate candidates who will be contacted within two weeks.
