International Health Care provider is looking to employ the Key Account Manager who will maintain and expand Сompany's relationships with its strategically large customers in Russia and CIS. He will be assigned 2 to 3 named customers and will manage nationwide distribution channel. He will be accountable for achieving sales quota and deliver on assigned strategic account objectives and market activities. He will also lead the account planning sales cycle ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met in terms of individual sales objectives and requirements coming from the sales channel.

Обязанности

  • - Coordinate the involvement of company personnel (HQ), including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • - Improve sales objectives agreed on with customers (banks and insurance companies).
  • - Create a strong relationship with clients and properly manage their expectations.
  • - Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities.
  • - Provide a rundown of the level of competition and general market activities on a daily basis to the general manager.
  • - Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities.
  • - Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually working closely with Customer Service Representatives to insurCustomer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • - Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company
  • standards.

Требования

  • - Russian nationality with proficiency with advanced level of English
  • - Business School Degree, preferably MBA
  • - Minimum 5 years of experience within sales, brand management, account management or product management in insurance and banking sectors
  • - Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • - Experience of managing major national accounts at head of office level and with senior level executives
  • - Self-driven and result oriented
  • - Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel
  • - Highly self-motivated
  • - Expert ability to program territorial support to ensure prompt communication and sales support with strategic clients and channel.
  • - Exhibit confidence and foresight for new businesses.
