The international company is looking for Area Sales Engineer (pumps)


· Actively partner with the field sales organization (Regional Director, Country Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Support Team) and other members of the City team in Europe
· Support partners and customers on CBS projects and drive to be specified in new projects through CBS Consulting Engineers. Implement AT business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships through new partners / distributors within the defined geographic area.
· He/she always complies with Code of Conduct, Legal and SHEQ policies and procedures.
· Support of existing customers and acquisition of new partners & distributors for projects; Develop business relationship with CBS Consulting Engineers on projects
· Plan and prioritise activities to grow relationships, inquiry levels and orders through the CBS Consulting Engineers and Key Contractors within the defined geographic area.
· Organize visits to current and potential clients within the CBS Consulting Engineer and Key Contractor market within the defined geographic area.
· Influence key decision makers in specifying products as the preferred solution to fulfill the customer’s requirements.
· Work with other Sales Engineers within the department and other sales departments to follow projects through from design, tender and order placement.
· Organize and deliver Training and Presentations to Consulting Engineers and Key Contractors within the Commercial Building Services market within the defined geographic area.
· Customer support during site visits and project acceptance visits
· Attend and contribute to exhibitions and appropriate networking opportunities within the defined geographic area
· Contribute to decisions on pricing levels and prepare where appropriate customer quotations in cooperation with sales and segment managers.
· Support on development of appropriate numbers for forecasts and budget for CBS market within the defined geographic area 
· Collaborate with sales support and provide them with necessary market information
· Actively support HR initiatives (PFP, mandatory trainings…)
· Actively lead internal projects to develop the efficiency of the entire organization
· Identify & propose some initiatives to develop the business and to improve the efficiency of internal processes
· Proactively ensure that business is fully compliant
· Compliance with Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct


· High Technical education. 
· Minimum 3 years experience as Sales or Mechanical Engineer, preferably in pumps or flow technologies
· Languages: Fluent English & local languages
· Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles
· Be a self-starter with high motivation to achieve corporate and personal goals
· Proactively engaged in the development of his job, his department, the company
· Possess communication, presentation and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively service customer needs and achieve the sales company targeted
· Maintain standards of conduct and compliance
· Availably to Travel at least 50% of the time.
