Leadership and Development Manager is responsible for people and leadership capabilities (L&D) development strategy, business critical competency development, succession and talent planning.


Lead the design and implementation of organizational learning initiatives:

  • Lead and manage the strategy of Capabilities development
  • Contribute in design of  best-in-class learning solutions in cross-functional areas such as commercial, marketing and global support functions
  • Elaborate and roll-out corporate and strategic competences setting up across the company
  • Communicate and promote the existent / upcoming corporate learning solutions
  • Oversee timely and qualitative delivery, set-up quality assurance mechanisms for the different solutions, track and measure impact of the delivered solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with T&D and HR teams to make a transparency and alignment of development programs

Lead and manage Leadership Maturity in the organization:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Senior and Mid-level management team
  • Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching for managers

Contribute to an integrated Talent management strategy:

  • Work closely with HR team to identify opportunities across the HR function and ensure a streamlined, coherent employee experience thorough the life cycle.

  • Build and own talent solutions from scratch and upgrade existing offerings, managing project schedules, plans, tasks and assignments to deliver more integrated and well-executed solutions to drive the success of the business

Cross-functional cooperating as a part of event projects:

  • Support by new ideas to create a holistic events such as management forums, cycle meetings, regional meetings

  • Support in developing, production and delivering event concept, agenda and content
