The company
Our client is one of the largest international manufacturers and distributors of car parts.
Being now in growth phase and starting up its production in Russia, they are looking for a Purchasing Manager reporting to Plant Manager.

The role
As Purchasing Manager you will manage the direct purchases of the Company, including:

 Ensuring service provision meets Contract requirements
 Identify priority areas to be addressed to ensure competitive advantage
 Strategic Planning of function relevant to the area of responsibility
 Development of processes and techniques to enhance performance
 Ensure that all procedures are complied with and all actions are auditable also maintaining the highest personal, professional and ethical standards and put in place an assurance compliance programme
 Provide tactical direction to SCM organization by interface with Operations/Directors/Contract Managers and the overall management
 Provide leadership and develop common practices across all operations contracts
 Develop strategic procurement sourcing and processes

The person
For this position we are looking for candidates who:

 Have track record in delivering improvement and increased value from the supply chain
 Are competent in different commercial models utilized in contracts and agreements
 Have extensive Market knowledge
 Have Asset Operations experience
 Speak fluent English
