RESPONSIBILITIES: ∙ Managing the Russian sales organization and maximizing profitable revenue growth ∙ Prospect and drive strategic opportunities in major accounts from the executive level ∙ Provide accurate forecasts and strategic account plans ∙ Attain personal and team quarterly and yearly quotas KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: ∙ A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration ∙ Strong organization and negotiation skills ∙ Team player, strong influence and leadership management skills ∙ Ability to develop profitable business solutions and identify and close significant new orders ∙ An understanding of the business challenges associated with the Manufacturing industry ∙ Particular knowledge of the Aerospace market ∙ Russian language at native speaker level; business fluent English ∙ Ability to demonstrate strong business stature at the executive level ∙ Ability to prepare and deliver ROI studies and solid business cases to business decision makers ∙ Modern and customer oriented sales methodologies ∙ Experience in selling in a mixed (direct/indirect) Sales model EXPERIENCE: ∙ Minimum of 10 years’ in selling solutions and business value to senior level executives ∙ Previous experience in successfully developing and/or managing major accounts where significant revenue growth has been generated ∙ Proven sales track record of selling to the Aerospace/Automotive industry is highly advantageous ∙ Experience in working within the Aerospace/Automotive OEM environment is an advantage ∙ P&L experience in complex change management in a technological context ∙ Experience in leading a team ∙ Experience in working with indirect channels
