Our client is the intrernational shopping center developer is currenlty looking for a Leasing Director. General purpose: Participate in the leasing of the shopping centres during development phase and in operating shopping centres.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSABILITES

Letting of the project

- Coordination and management of the leasing department work: signature schedule settlement, targets follow-up, letting support
- Coordination and management of the brokers work: pipeline follow-up, tenant mix control, concept validation
- Update and follow-up of the budgets (rent-roll, rechargeable and operational costs, opening tenant contribution) and leasing plans
- Marketing of the project : preparation of marketing campaign: plan review, drafting and update of presentation (brochure, power-point, internet site), marketing events coordination
- Negotiations with potential tenants: presentation of the project to potential tenants, drawings adaptation, commercial terms negotiations
- Approval of potential tenants: Standard Lease Dockets review and approval in order to respect rent roll budget and commercialisation plan

Legal support of the project

- Negotiations of lease agreements
- Review and approval of lease agreements before signature

Reporting

- regular reporting to the general director
- regular reporting to shareholders and to the bank 

Supervision of the tenant coordination and premises delivery supported by technical consultant

Participation in the putting into operation of the shopping center: tenant coordination supported by technical consultant

Reletting after opening : definition of the strategy, merchandising plan and ERV (expected rental value)

REQUIREMENTS
Male / Female with higher education : economy / international law 
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial real estate in managerial position 
English: Fluent. French could be a plus 
Advanced MS office, Internet, AutoCAD knowledge could be a plus 
Good presentation, reliable & dynamic
